Tiauna is the best! She is professional, kind and detail- oriented. As a vendor, I am always received in a warm way by Tiauna, which is refreshing. The location of the community is ideal for those that want to be close to downtown Dallas.

I feel it necessary to validate the prior negative reviews so I may point out the positive turn around the new management company is doing for Digit. I moved in October 31st of 2019 and by February 2020 I was seeking out a lawyer to break my lease. But then, I was notified that a new management company was taking over, so I decided to give them a chance. I met with the new management about my concerns and immediately felt supported. And let me tell you, they have done a FABULOUS job! Tiauna and Kyle have single-handedly turned this place around within a couple of months. Residents who no longer served this community have been removed and the new tenants are refreshing. I make it a point introduce myself to new residents and every one of them have been receptive and very kind. The improvements around the property have been noticeable, the evenings are quite and most importantly, I finally feel safe! Also, I would like to give a shout out to DaSean, our maintenance supervisor. He is very personable and professional.I've been a Cedars resident since 2003 and I am so happy to be sticking around! Thank you for caring about our community!!

Professional, friendly staff. Good services. Nice apartments. Fast internet. Very cool home automation features and technological integration. Good security. A very good apartment complex overall, but not the absolute best I have seen.

I could not be more excited to have Portico back. They were here when I first moved in and when they left things started to slowly go down hill. I have already noticed improvements around the property and the new manager is so responsive and actually cares. Please don't leave us again Portico. I will be renewing my lease now, no doubt.
